distingue fra orario di lavoro normale, ore flessibili, ore supplementari e ore straordinarie. &#8211; Le ore di lavoro normali sono le ore di lavoro previste per ogni giorno dell&#8217;anno nel calendario annuale delle ore di lavoro.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le ore di lavoro normali non sono soggette al pagamento di supplementi.<\/li>\n<li>Le ore flessibili sono le ore di lavoro che superano l&#8217;orario di lavoro normale aziendale o definito nel CCL. Le ore flessibili non sono soggette al pagamento di supplementi.<\/li>\n<li>Le ore supplementari sono le ore che superano il saldo di ore flessibili ammesso, pari a 10 rispettivamente a 20 ore flessibili (impiego a tempo pieno) per mese civile o 100 ore flessibili per anno civile. Le ore supplementari sono soggette al pagamento di un supplemento del 25 %.<\/li>\n<li>Le ore di lavoro straordinario sono ore di lavoro che superano l&#8217;orario di lavoro massimo sancito dalla Legge sul lavoro, pari a 50 ore settimanali.
